At Fit and Feral our passion is helping you achieve your goals. We all are at different places in our lives with different fitness objectives. Tell us about yours and let us customize your workouts to get you there. We utilize strength training, mobility, and of course kickboxing! Each class can look different. Often we are punching a bag as well as working with pads. Emily will be right by your side helping you learn the ins and outs of each punch, kick, and strength move. Beginners and Intermediates welcome! The goal is not to train in-the-ring fighters, but to train you for your daily life.
